Opportunity
ADA Watch is a nonprofit dedicated to activating grassroots action in defense of the civil and human rights of the 61+ million Americans with disabilities. Bark Media partnered with ADA Watch to increase public awareness of the organization’s priorities; grow and strengthen its network of allied individuals and peer organizations; and expand ADA Watch’s capacity to serve as a hub for action alerts, resources, and collaboration.

Outcome
We kicked off our partnership by conducting a series of workshops with ADA Watch and members of its national, state, and local coalition. We guided participants through conversations and exercises to clarify underlying values, hone in on effective messaging, and identify target audiences. We then designed and launched a rebranding, lead generation, and email campaign to grow ADA Watch’s grassroots audience, enlisting thousands of new, engaged advocates to join the movement for disability rights and justice.

We applied the ADA Watch brand kit to create new, compelling graphics to capture attention within the disability rights community and beyond. Our designs merged the organization’s recognizable visual identity with a fresh look conveying current critical issues.
Launch a paid social media campaign to reach prospective advocates based on goals and target audiences.
Our team deployed a strategic paid advertising campaign on Meta pointing to an in-platform lead generation form, bringing thousands of new subscribers to the ADA Watch email list.
Design an interactive email series engaging new audiences with the work of the organization and its partners.
We conceived and activated a series of communications for ADA Watch’s growing community of supporters. Exceedingly high email open and click rates demonstrated the campaign’s success in delivering quality leads.
